This warranty applies to Higer Original Equipment Parts and Higer Approved Parts supplied and fitted in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Start of Warranty Period:
The contractual warranty period commences from the date of invoicing to the customer.
Duration of Warranty and Mileage Limits:
All Higer Original Equipment Parts and Higer Approved Parts are covered by a 6 month parts and labour warranty.

Exception:
- Clutch kits - 1 year parts and labour limited to 40,000 miles
Applicability:
The 6-month Parts and Labour Warranty is only applicable where the part is supplied and fitted at our Authorized Repair Centre or within our Authorized Repair Network.
Warranty Claim:
Where a customer believes there is a potential warranty claim, the customer must return to our Authorized Repair Centre and present the relevant invoice. The Authorized Repair Centre will carry out a technical inspection and validation to confirm whether the claim is valid.
If the part is subsequently replaced under warranty, the replacement part will be covered only for the remaining balance of the original warranty period, calculated from the original invoice date
The Parts and Labour Warranty does not apply to:
- A repair done outside of the contractual period of the parts warranty.
- Wearing parts, the replacement of which is not the consequence of a failure and/or its environment but the result of normal wear.
- Adjustments, tuning or operations which form part of the normal servicing and maintenance of the vehicle.
- Provisional or partial repairs carried out to the customer’s instructions.
- Failure resulting from abnormal use of the vehicle or part, including but not limited to use in competition or incorrect operation of braking or clutch systems.
- Failure resulting from non-compliance with manufacturer-recommended servicing, where such servicing is required to ensure part reliability.
- Noise or vibration considered normal for vehicle operation.
- Deterioration of such as discolouration, alteration or distortion of parts due to normal ageing.
- Repairs following the use of poor quality fuels or non-approved additives.
- Use of fluids not conforming to manufacturer specifications, including brake fluid, coolant, screen wash, or car care products.
- Failure to respond to manufacturer or authorized representative update campaigns.
- Parts that have been modified outside our Authorized Repair Centre.
