Head, Quality
A first degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical/Electronic Engineering will be required.
Minimum 1-2 years cognate work experience. Working knowledge of local automobile industry and International Standard Organisation Regulations (ISO) will be an added advantage.
Coordination of process car inspection all through the production stages: Process Quality Inspector, Defect Analyst, Car Quality Testers.
Daily Reception of Referred Product Defect from the production shops.
Analysis of Product defect and identification of the cause(s) of such defects.
Confirmation of the conclusion of the defect causes.
Launching of action plan for the elimination of analyzed defects.
Launching and follow up of customer protection actions in cases of defects.
Engaging in process actions with Quality Inspectors to stop defects occurrence.
Animation and follow up of recommended solution for correct implementation.
Reception of referred defects from after sales to establish causes of defect for technical assistance
Propose retouch process for analyzed defects.
